All of our ingredients are carefully sourced and where possible from local farms and estates, provided the quality is up to standard. Our menus change frequently and sometimes at very short notice in order to keep to our philosophy of producing everything freshly from within our own kitchen to provide a style of unfussy and very tasty cuisine.
