Covid 19

We are very pleased to be able to open and welcome our loyal customers back again, however, these are as we all know different and unprecedented times. To ensure that we are able to protect you, the rest of our customers and also our staff, there are certain procedures that we have put in place to ensure everyone stays as safe as possible. Please read the following information carefully, so that you are prepared for your visit and so that we can keep you all as safe as possible. We have conducted a full Covid 19 risk assessment and shared this with our staff and trained them accordingly, as a result certain procedures will need to be followed by our guests and staff, this might look quite daunting but rest assured it has been done for everyone's safety and despite all this the food ambience and staff will all still be as lovely as ever:

  • Upon arrival please check in using the NHS Covid-19 App using the QR codes which are on site. If you require any assistance, please ask a member of staff
  • Upon entry to the Mole please use the hand sanitiser provided before coming into the building
  • Face masks are required to be worn when moving around inside
  • Please respect the 2 / 1 meter rule wherever possible and if there is a queue on entry to the building please respect the 2 meter markers that are marked with flowerpots along the entryway
  • Once you are seated at your table we will give you full table service to avoid the movement of customers around the building as much as possible. All drinks orders should be made at the table with a staff member
  • All guests will be asked to pour their own drinks at the table
  • If you are visiting with children please make sure that they respect the 2 meter distancing rule and also as adults please make sure that the 2 meter distancing rule is followed wherever this is possible
  • Upon entry to the toilets please use the hand sanitiser that is provided and on leaving please make sure that you follow the handwashing procedures displayed in the toilet - Staff will be cleaning the toilets on an hourly basis
  • All other touchpoints in the restaurant have been and will continue to be disinfected after each interaction with customers where possible and at frequent intervals throughout the day
  • We will not be accepting cash payments, card payments only to minimise the risk of any contamination
  • The Kitchen and Front of House team will be following an even more rigid cleaning regime than before, washing hands between each interaction and regularly disinfecting and sanitising the surfaces and touchpoints
  • All of our staff will be temperature checked before they start work and asked to confirm they have no symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone with symptoms before they report to work
  • We would also ask our guests to please not dine or drink with us if they have symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the last 14 days
  • Bookings are restricted to a maximum of 6 guests from a maximum of 2 households if dining inside or 6 households if outside
