The Mole Inn are currently recruiting for new members for both the kitchen and front of house team.

 

We are on the look out for a junior sous chef or experienced chef de partie to join our dynamic and friendly kitchen brigade at The Mole Inn.

This is an exciting role for the successful candidate working in a busy gastropub kitchen.

 

We are currently looking at growing our kitchen team at The Mole Inn with a new Kitchen Porter. We are looking for someone who can handle the busy environment of the kitchen, someone who is hard working, flexible and eager to learn. It is a part-time position Monday to Sunday lunch or dinner – once shifts are agreed it will be a regular shift pattern every week. In addition to keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, kitchen porters can be involved in food preparation so if you are looking for an entry level position to gain experience and progress as part of a kitchen team then this is an ideal opportunity.  

We are looking for someone who is passionate with a great positive attitude who can ensure the guests get the best experience possible. Ideally looking for someone who can work front of house part-time Monday to Friday lunch or dinner with the odd weekend shift where needed.

 

The Mole Inn is in a remote location so a means of transport is required and previous experience is preferred but not essential as we are very willing to train the right person. Working at The Mole Inn, you will be surrounded by a gorgeous atmosphere, friendly staff and will receive fantastic tips. Hourly wage dependant on age and previous experience.
